This elegant event features a carefully curated five-course Spanish menu created by Celebrity Chef’s Laurent Manrique and Gerald Hirigoyen, paired with top-shelf wines from famed winemaker Emmanuel Kemiji.

This VIP-exclusive evening will begin with a Cava Reception in the historic Ponce de Leon Rotunda and progress to the Solarium for three plated dinner courses and a private musical performance. The magical evening will conclude with an afterglow on the terrace showcasing the breathtaking city and ocean views. 

Throughout the evening guests will experience performances by the Flagler College Chamber Choir and a local Spanish guitarist. Guests will interact with Flagler College Hospitality and Tourism Management students offering guest services, tableside wine and dinner service.
